After the E.K. Macdonald Reunion some of us headed up to Eagle, Idaho for a week to continue visiting with Rick and Lisa at their homes. Sean flew in for a few days and met us for the 4th of July. We had a big party over at Rick's house for the 4th. We bought a ton of fireworks. That is something we don't get to do in California. It was great that Idaho still allows fireworks. Some of Rick's neighbors down the street purchased some huge rocket fireworks, which aren't so legal, they are fun to watch though. We had a great view of those, plus all of the ones the kids got to set off. It was a fun night. We missed having Laurie's family and Mom and Dad with us, but the rest of us had a great time together.

The cart was full when we started. The kids would take turns lighting the fireworks. They loved it and had a blast playing with FIRE. You never mess with fire in California so it was all new to my girls.
